Is it really free for sellers?
Yes. Building your profile, verifying, courses, applying and talking to companies are all free. Premium is optional and only adds visibility and coaching; it never changes your tier.
How do you verify sales?
You upload commission statements or payslips, ask a past manager to confirm a range, connect your CRM, or have your new employer confirm deals you close. Automated checks flag anything odd, and a person reviews every record.
Will my current employer see me?
Not if you don’t want them to. You can hide your profile from any company’s email domain, and your contact details stay private until a company shortlists you.
What does a company pay?
Nothing until you hire. Then one success fee: 10% of first-year base for employment roles (minimum $3,000), less for contract, gig and fractional roles. GST is added.
What if a hire doesn’t work out?
Within 90 days you can ask for a free replacement search or a pro-rata refund.
Are the courses formal qualifications?
No. They’re Quota Certified: practical courses we build and assess, with a certificate anyone can check by QR code. They aren’t part of the national VET system and don’t lead to a formal qualification.
Is there an app?
